Farm Training for Youths and Adults

The Green Future Initiative Training Farm is dedicated to transforming lives by empowering young people and single mothers and fathers who are struggling to make ends meet. Through practical, hands-on training in sustainable agriculture, we equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve immediate food security and build long-term, income-generating farming businesses.

To ensure full participation, trainees receive weekly stipends during the 3 to 8months training period, reducing financial barriers and allowing them to focus on learning and growth.

Our support goes beyond training. Graduates are given the opportunity to launch their own farming enterprises through access to a portion of land, enabling them to transition directly from learning to earning. This unique model creates real, measurable impact by turning trainees into independent producers.

We also operate a peer-to-peer empowerment model, where successful graduates return as alumni to train new participants. This creates a self-sustaining cycle of knowledge transfer, leadership development, and community ownership.

In addition, we are establishing a community farm market with controlled pricing, designed to make fresh, nutritious food affordable for low-income households while providing a reliable and fair market for produce grown by our trainees and graduates.
